In a recent lawsuit, rapper Megan Thee Stallion refuted harassment claims made against her by her former cameraman.

Appearing before the Los Angeles Superior Court, Emilio Garcia claimed he was trapped inside a moving vehicle with the rapper while she had sexual relations with another female and was told not to repeat what he saw.

Garcia claims Megan created a hostile, abusive work environment, subjecting him to relentless sexual and fat shaming comets causing him profound emotional distress.

In a statement, Garcia’s attorney emphasized that Megan must pay his client what he is owed, take responsibility for her actions, and stop harassing and fat-shaming Emilio as he should not have been placed in such a position.

Garcia first worked for Megan as a personal cameraman in 2018 and held a permanent position from 2019 until June 2023.
