Public sector employees in St. Lucia will learn coping mechanisms for dealing with COVID-19-associated anxiety and depression.

St. Lucia’s Department of the Public Service through the Employee Assistance Programme will be conducting a repeat of presentations to public sector employees.

These presentations will serve as a tool in helping officers to become more aware of their emotional state and better able to manage the natural fallouts of anxiety and depression, etc, associated with the COVID-19 pandemic.

The current round of presentations will focus on two topics namely: “How to Cope with Anxiety” and “How to Cope with Depression and associated factors such as loneliness, isolation etc.” The presentations will be done via the Zoom platform.
