Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe has produced a documentary on his stunt double, who was paralyzed during the filming of one of the films.

David Holmes sustained a spinal injury during Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1.

David was a teenage gymnast from Essex when he was selected to play Daniel’s double in the first film, when the actor was 11.

But it was a stunt rehearsal accident in January 2009 which David said changed his “life forever”.

The HBO documentary, The Boy Who Lived, will feature interviews from both, as well as footage from David’s stunts.

“As Daniel and his closest stunt colleagues rally to support David and his family in their moment of need, it is David’s extraordinary spirit of resilience that becomes their greatest source of strength and inspiration,” a press release for the project reads.

Holmes shared news of the project on Instagram Tuesday.
