Senior Nursing Officer Ms. Julie Russell, during yesterday’s COVID-19 update press conference explained the vaccination process.
“The process for administering this vaccine is very simple. Persons can make their appointment by going directly to the vaccine site, you go there and you make your appointment.” she said.
She also highlighted the option of applying through SVG Health’s Facebook page.
“Also there is a SVG Health Facebook page, there is a Google form there that persons can fill out and submit. After filling out and submitting this Google form that you will find on Facebook, on our Facebook page, a member of staff at one of the vaccine sites will call you to tell you your time, your date, and where you should go to receive your vaccine.” Ms. Russell said.
Over 1,300 persons in St. Vincent and the Grenadines have been vaccinated against COVID-19 so far.
