St.Vincent and the Grenadines will be conducting local PCR testing from Wednesday 24th June; this is according to Minister of Health, Wellness and the Environment Hon. Luke Browne.

He said “PCR testing for COVID-19 is expected to officially commence on Wednesday June 24, 2020,”

“We are already doing trial tests and we have on hand supplies that will enable us to do over 8,000 PCR tests for COVID-19 in St. Vincent and the Grenadines right now. This is important in light of the upcoming resumption of commercial flights,” Minister Browne said.

St.Vincent and the Grenadines has recorded twenty nine (29) confirmed cases of COVID-19 and twenty six (26) recoveries. There are three (3) active cases and seven hundred and forty six (746) people have been tested.
