All visits to Her Majesty’s Prison have been cancelled, in order to safeguard the prison Environment from COVID-19. This information was confirmed via an official release.

Although all visits have been cancelled, those who wish to deliver, clothes, money, and other authorized items to inmates, may do so.

Any visitors are to utilize the sanitizing facility stationed at the prison entrance before entry. Access to Her Majesty’s Prison will not be granted unless the visitor is wearing a mask. Officers on the compound will also be required to wear a mask at all times.

Mask wearing will also be mandatory for inmates going out to work.

Her Majesty’s Prisons is one of many institutions playing their role in helping to curb the spread of COVID-19 in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
