Prime Minister Hon. Dr. Ralph Gonsalves while speaking on radio on Wednesday August 12th 2020, discussed the annual material distribution program ran by the government. The Prime Minister while doing so disclosed that $4.5 Million in materials have been distributed via the program.
“We have distributed $4.5 Million in our annual material distribution program and we have approved another million dollars, it might have to be even more than that given the number of persons who have asked for materials.”
Dr. Gonsalves went on to discuss the Lives To Live program which some of the materials go towards to help the disabled with their housing situations.
“We’re doing Lives To Live houses using some of the material for some people who have problems in walking and who have certain physical disabilities and some fire victims.”
