According to the latest release from NEMO’s Health Services Subcommittee, 31 new COVID-19 positive cases have been reported in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

Twenty three of the cases were reported from 146 samples collected on November 5th, 2021. Three cases were reported from thirty three samples collected on November 6th and five cases reported from 12 samples collected on November 7th.

There are currently thirteen patients admitted for COVID-19 at the Argyle Isolation Facility. All are unvaccinated. Seventeen patients are admitted to the COVID-19 wards at the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital. Fifteen patients are unvaccinated and two are partially vaccinated.

No deaths were recorded over the reporting period.

Twenty new recoveries were noted over the reporting period. 1107 cases are currently active and 69 persons with COVID-19 have died. 5123 cases of COVID-19 and 3947 recoveries have been recorded in St. Vincent and the Grenadines since March 2020.
