According to the latest COVID-19 update dashboard released by Trinidad and Tobago’s Ministry of Health, another 27 COVID-19 deaths have been reported in the country, taking their COVID-19 death toll up to 2639.
T&T’s active cases of COVID-19 also saw an increase with confirmation of 723 new COVID-19 positive cases in the country.
There are currently 523 COVID-19 patients admitted for are in the country.
Based on data from July 22nd 2021 to December 1st 2021, 88.1 percent of the patients in Trinidad and Tobago’s parallel healthcare system are not fully vaccinated.
According to the dashboard over 657,000 persons in T&T are partially vaccinated, over 661,000 are fully vaccinated and just over 60,000 have received a booster or primary dose.
