Lynallia Isaacs topped the 5 other challengers in this year’s Wefm Digicel summer reading challenge. All 4 judges returned a winning nod for the top spot.
Annicia Billy was adjudged 2nd with Kwan Stewart in the 3rd position.
The other participants were Donnie Bacchus was declared most disciplined participant and Affique Ambrose who was named most improved.
