The Royal St.Vincent and the Grenadines Coast Guard has announced that the two fishermen, who went missing at sea, earlier this week, have been rescued in Grenada.

Reports claim that Ellis Roberts, who originates from Clare Valley and a male who goes by the alias ‘Swaller’, both residents of Kingstown, were rescued in Grenada waters on Wednesday night October 21st, 2015 by a fishing vessel. They arrived on mainland Grenada, earlier this morning.

The men left Kingstown to fish west of St.Vincent and the Grenadines at approximately 6:00am on Monday, October 19th, but were not seen since.

A missing persons report was made to the Coast Guard on the evening of Tuesday, October 20th, 2015.

The Coast Guard had requested aerial support from Trinidad and Tobago in search of the men.
