According to the most recent COVID-19 report from NEMO’s Health Services Subcommittee, 2 new laboratory confirmed cases of the virus were recorded from 168 samples processed on Saturday July 10th 2021 resulting in a positivity rate of 1.2%.
Also confirmed by the Health Services Subcommittee’s report were the recoveries of 3 individuals, bringing the number of confirmed COVID-19 recoveries to 2,149.
Active cases of COVID-19 in St. Vincent and the Grenadines now stand at 83, with related deaths at 12.
Since March of 2020, a total of 2,224 laboratory confirmed cases of COVID-19 have reported in SVG.
According to the Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment’s most recent COVID-19 update dashboard 25,509 vaccines have been administered in this country so far.
