The St. Vincent and the Grenadines Community College (SVGCC) will start its 2017/2018 academic year with a two day event dubbed ‘Just Freshers’, on Thursday August 31 and Friday September 1, 2017 at the SVG Community College Villa campus.
The two days of interactive and informative orientation sessions will target new students, parents and the general public, as they are given a firsthand view of life at the SVGCC.
During the two days, various presentations would be made and individual booths will be set up around the Villa campus grounds to display the product line of the College clubs, The Trend, Gaymes book shop, Jujubee book shop, Missed call Tech, Flow, Global Distributors, Cherice, T – shirt store, RBTT, JOYMODEsvg, CWSA, NTRC, the Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force and the American University of St. Vincent.
The SVGCC Administrative staff will also enlighten the ‘Freshers’ on academic advising, common vices of college students, staff and timetabling.
The ‘Just Freshers’ event will run from 9am to 3pm each day.
