The Primary Schools Performing Arts Festival (PRISPAF) 2016 will be launched at a media conference tomorrow January 19th, 2016.
The launch will take place at the Kingstown Library Conference Room, from 1:00 pm, and remarks are expected from representatives of the Ministry of Tourism, Sports and Culture; the Ministry of Education, National Reconciliation and Ecclesiastical Affairs along with the Sponsor of the festival, East Caribbean Bottlers Inc.
The Grand Days of the festival will be held at the Kingstown Methodist Church Hall on March 8th and 9th, 2016. A Closing Ceremony will follow the showcase on Wednesday March 9th.
The Primary Schools’ Performing Art Festival is designed to showcase the diverse talents of pupils.
The Festival is a collaborative effort of the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Education.
