According to the most recent release from NEMO’s Health Service Subcommittee, one new case of COVID-19 has been recorded in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, from 319 samples processed on Saturday July 24th. The new case is linked to an emergency shelter.

No new positive cases were reported from 93 samples processed on Sunday July 25th, 2021.

Also reported by the Health Services Subcommittee were the recoveries of three individuals, taking SVG’s number of active COVID-19 cases down to 66. A total of 2,201 confirmed recoveries have been recorded so far.

COVID-19 related deaths stand at 12.

Since March of 2020, a total of 2,280 laboratory confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been reported in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

Vaccination numbers according to the Ministry of Health’s COVID-19 update dashboard stand at 15, 711 first doses administered and 9,892 second doses administered.
