The government of St. Vincent and the Grenadines will be hosting a massive rally this weekend to celebrate the first anniversary of operations of the Argyle International Airport (AIA).
The AIA commenced operations on February 14, 2017.
Minister of Transport, Works, Urban Development, Local Government and Postal Services, Senator Julian Francis says the rally is scheduled to begin at about 6:30pm tomorrow Saturday February 17, 2018.
Senator Francis said remarks will come from several government Ministers including Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Commerce-Sir Louis Straker, as well as officials of the Argyle International Airport.
