Police have arrested and charged Enrico Jack, a 29-year-old Labourer of Lowmans Hill for Rape.
According to Police, on September 1, 2018 about 1:00am at Lowmans Hill, Jack allegedly had unlawful sexual intercourse with a 19-year-old Security Guard who at the time of the intercourse did know consent to it.
Jack is expected to appear before the Family Court for trial.
Police have also arrested and charged Asbert Ashton, a 44-year-old Water Taxi Operator of Union Island for Indecent Assault.
On September 4, 2018 at 11:00am at Union Island, Ashton allegedly indecently assaulted a 19-year-old woman by squeezing her vagina with his hand.
Ashton is expected to appear before the Family Court for trial.
Meanwhile, Police have arrested and charged Carlos Soloman, a 46-year-old Labourer of Peters Hope for Wounding.
On August 9, 2018 at Peters Hope Soloman allegedly unlawfully and maliciously wounded a 24-year-old labourer of the same address by striking him with a piece of pipe on the left hand.
Soloman is expected to appear before the Barrouallie Magistrate Court to answer the charge.
