The Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB), in collaboration with the Financial Information Month (FIM) partners in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, will be hosting a public Symposium under the theme ‘Conducting and Protecting Your Business in a Digital Environment’.
The two topics to be discussed are “Unlocking the Benefits of Financial Innovation – Opportunities in the Securities Markets in the Eastern Caribbean” and “Restructuring and transforming your business to take advantage of opportunities in the digital environment – Innovation in the Payment System: Cryptocurrency, bitcoins, mobile wallets, digital currency…Are We Ready for the Transformation?”
The symposium will be held at the National Insurance Services (NIS) Headquarters, on Thursday October 18 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
Persons wishing to attend the FIM Symposium are required to register by calling the ECCB Agency Office or visiting the office at Frenches House in Kingstown. Registration is free of cost.
