According to NEMO’s Health Services Subcommittee’s latest COVID-19 report, 44 new COVID-19 positive cases have been recorded from 228 samples collected on Monday November 8th.
Also recorded were 25 new recoveries from the virus, leaving active cases at 1,126.
No new COVID-19 deaths were recorded over the reporting period, leaving that total at 69.
There are currently twelve patients admitted for COVID-19 at the Argyle Isolation Facility. Eleven patients are unvaccinated, and one patient is partially vaccinated. Seventeen patients are admitted to the COVID-19 wards at the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital. Fifteen patients are unvaccinated and two are partially vaccinated.
Since March of last year, there have been 5,167 COVID-19 positive cases and 3,972 recoveries recorded in SVG.
Vaccination numbers in country currently stand at 47,788 total vaccines administered, 27,828 of those being first doses and 19,960 being second doses.
