Police arrested and jointly charged Two Clare Hall women with larceny following an incident at a Redcliffe Street store, last week in Antigua.
30-year-old Tichelle James and Shania Martin were charged after they allegedly stole multiple clothing items valued at approximately $1,100 on Wednesday, February 26th, 2025.
The stolen merchandise reportedly included six pairs of shoes, two pairs of shorts, six pairs of socks, a dress, a T-shirt, and various other items.
According to reports, the store owner became suspicious when noticing an item visibly protruding from one of the women’s bags as they exited the store.
The owner followed the suspects to Redcliffe Quay, where the stolen merchandise was recovered.
Following a report to authorities, both women were taken into police custody and formally charged.
