Hollywood actor and musician Will Smith is facing a lawsuit in Los Angeles, filed by a violinist who alleges he was fired in retaliation after reporting sexual harassment.
According to court documents, Brian King Joseph claims he was dismissed after reporting an alleged hotel room intrusion while on tour with Smith in Las Vegas last year.
Smith and a management company linked to him have denied the allegations, calling them false and baseless.
The lawsuit does not specify damages, and the case remains before the court.
