Pop star Katy Perry and former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau have made their relationship official on Instagram.
Perry, who has more than 200 million followers, posted photos of the pair cuddling during a trip to Tokyo, sparking global buzz. The post also included clips of them trying sushi, captioned “Tokyo times on tour and more,” with a red heart emoji.
Rumors had been swirling for months after Trudeau attended a Perry concert in July and the two were spotted hand-in-hand in Paris in October. Neither has publicly commented on the relationship, but Trudeau later shared a photo of the couple meeting Japan’s former prime minister, adding fuel to the confirmation.
