Thursday August 24th will see the closing ceremony of the Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force (RSVGPF) Band Summer Program, which will take place at the Old Montrose Lecture Hall.
During the ceremony which will begin at 1:30pm, one hundred and thirty-eight participants will graduate and receive certificates of participations.
Commissioner of Police, Colin John and Police Band Master Inspector Vaughn Miller will address the ceremony with brief remarks.
Mr. Chrislon Fraser will deliver the featured address.
