Major Canadian city Toronto experienced record rainfall from three significant storms, causing widespread flooding, power outages, and transportation disruptions.

Over 167,000 customers lost power, flights were delayed, and major highways like the Don Valley Parkway and Ontario Highway 410 were closed due to flooding.
Emergency services rescued at least 14 people, and numerous lift rescues were conducted.
Meteorologists attributed the intense rainfall to three consecutive storms, delivering 25% more rain in three hours than typically seen in the entire month of July.
