Workers, supervisors, and managers in public and private sector businesses here in St. Vincent and the Grenadines are being encouraged to work together for the good of the enterprises.

In a national address yesterday, Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves said that too often, some workers treat their employers as persons against whom hostilities, and anti-business activities, are to be waged and some workers, and some managers or owners of enterprises treat workers disrespectfully and with disdain.

Prime Minister Gonsalves has called for a redoubling of efforts to engender better and more productive attitudes to work and management.

He noted that rudeness, laziness, and “don’t care” attitudes must be avoided.
