On June 17, 2023, McSherry John, a 28-year-old Labourer from Brighton, was arrested and charged with Wounding and Damage to Property.
John is charged with unlawfully and maliciously injuring a 32-year-old Mason of the same address by biting him on the left side of his chest and right arm.
In addition, John was charged with damaging the right side mirror and door of motor vehicle P4013 by smashing same with a stone in Brighton on June 15, 23 at about 5:40 p.m.
John will appear at the Serious Offence Court to answer the charges.
