Police in St. Vincent and the Grenadines are investigating reports of a kidnapping involving two victims, with one suspect now in custody and another at large.
The Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force says that shortly after one-thirty Monday morning, two masked men allegedly abducted a thirty-one-year-old woman and a seventeen-year-old minor from Arnos Vale and took them to Belair without consent.
The minor was reportedly injured during the incident. Police later intercepted a suspected vehicle along the Belair Public Road, where shots were fired at officers.
One suspect was arrested, while another, identified as Jamal McMaster, fled and is considered armed and extremely dangerous. Police are urging the public to remain vigilant and report any information.
