Police in Trinidad have launched an investigation after the severed head of a man was found yesterday at a concrete dumpster in what is described as a crime ‘hot spot’ in Port of Spain.
The gruesome discovery was made about 6:00 am by a garbage collector who was reportedly removing rubbish from the concrete dumpster when the head was found among bags of garbage.
