The St. Vincent and the Grenadines Electricity Services (VINLEC) presented a Check of $35, 000.00 to the Youlou Pan Movement this morning.

Communications officer of VINLEC Tamara Job-Sprott made the presentation to President of the Organization Oneka Morgan, during a news conference which was held by the CDC, to update the nation on preparations made for the final activities of Vincy Mas 2019.

During the news conference, which was held at CDC’s conference room at the Victoria Park in Kingstown, Job-Sprott says VINLEC’s involvement in pan, spans many years back and her Company is pleased with the growth of pan in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

Oneka Morgan says this year’s Junior Panorama festival will see a participation of 17 orchestras in the competition.

She says 11 schools will participate in the School bands Category, while 6 Communities will take part in the Community Bands Category.

The VINLEC Junior Panorama Festival will commence at 3 pm. on Sunday June 30th at Carnival City Victoria Park.
