The Vincentian public will be have an opportunity to be become more accurately informed about the Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ), its structures, operations and management in the access and delivery of justice for the people of the Caribbean, at a town hall meeting to be held this week.

The meeting which is being organized by the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Bar Association in conjunction with the CCJ takes place tomorrow August 29, 2018 at Frenches House, in Kingstown from 7:00pm.

The feature presentation will be made by president of the Caribbean Court of Justice, the Honourable Mr. Justice Adrian Saunders.

President of the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Bar Association, Rene Baptiste extends an invitation to members of the public to attend tomorrow’s town hall meeting.

She said the forum will provide an avenue for persons to ask questions directly of the President of the CCJ.

Ms. Baptiste said Mr. Justice Adrian Saunders in his presentation, will give an overview of the function of the CCJ, noted judgements made by the court and their varying impact, technology in the court and the CCJ’s strategic plan, among other matters.
