Vincentian Moriba O’Garro, 25, is a recipient of the Royal Household Hospitality Scholarship 2017.
He will complete a six week placement at Buckingham Palace and Windsor Castle from May 15th to June 23rd, 2017.
According to a release from the Ministry of Tourism, Britain’s Prince Harry, during his visit to the Caribbean last November, announced that the Royal Household Hospitality Scholarship would offer nine hospitality placements for Caribbean citizens in Her Majesty’s 90th birthday year.
One scholarship each was awarded to Antigua and Barbuda, The Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Grenada, Jamaica, St. Kitts Nevis, St. Lucia and St. Vincent & the Grenadines.
Vincentian Moriba O’Garro served has served as a Restaurant and House Keeping Supervisor at the Pink Sands Club, Canouan.
