Governor General, Sir Frederick Ballantyne has commended this country’s Government for the contributions they have made during the year 2018.
Delivering the throne speech during parliament yesterday, the Governor General said although there were a number of challenges, achievements such as bursaries and scholarships, offered by the SVG Community college, the training of nationals, the provision of quality healthcare and infrastructural development, including road development, are among some of the notable achievement, that are worthy of celebration.
He added that the Government continues to enhance the development of citizens, through the implementation of support programs for youth.
