A youth parliament is among activities being planned by the St. Vincent and the Grenadines renewal-at-40 committee – an event to commemorate this country’s 40th Anniversary of Independence.
Word of this has come from Elvis Charles, the chairman of the committee, which will be hosting an official launch this weekend.
Mr. Charles says the students of the nation will be involved in a number of activities.
The launch will be held at the Vila Campus, of the community college, from 6 pm tomorrow, with the theme “With Strength, Honor and Dignity-We start resolute with 40 and Beyond”.
