The Stephanie Browne Primary School in Union Island has been awarded the top performer in the Start Bright School Breakfast Challenge, within Primary School Districts throughout the school year 2016-2017.

This is the second consecutive year the Stephanie Browne Primary School has won the top spot of the initiative. The school will receive EC$1, 000 and a plaque.

Founder and CEO of Start Bright and Tus T Water, Dwight Hillocks says the overall objective of the Start Bright School Breakfast Challenge is to provide as many Vincentian children as possible, with a nutritious breakfast to start the school day.

Going forward, Mr. Hillocks said they are hoping to expand the programme and hope to reach about 100 students in each of the eleven school districts.

Mr. Hillocks is encouraging members of the public to support this important initiative by purchasing Tus-T water.
