A South Rivers woman has been arrested and charged with fraud and impersonation.

According to a press release from the Royal St.Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force, the accused, Cara Williams allegedly portrayed herself to be Anika Pope, an unemployed 19 year old with the intent to defraud an employee of the of Electoral Office. She was additionally charged for impersonation to wit, when she gave an employee of the Electoral Office information which would grant her a temporary record of the identification details of Anika Pope of Lowman’s Windward.

Williams will appear before the Serious offences Court to answer to the charges.
