The Basic Needs Trust Fund Programme will be opening the South Rivers Early Childhood Development Centre today May 8th, 2018 at 2:30 p.m.
This project was funded by the Government of St. Vincent and the Grenadines and the Caribbean Development Bank at a cost of EC$820,000.00.
The Prime Minister and area representatives Dr Ralph Gonsalves is expected to deliver an address along with other government officials.
