Police on January 8 arrested and charged two men of Georgetown for having in their possession controlled drug.
The men, Bert Williams, a 32 year old Farmer and Kenley James a 37 year old Labourer were arrested at about 11:30pm, on Monday for possession of 10,000 grammes of cannabis, at Langley Park with intent to supply it to another.
They were to appear before the Serious Offences Court yesterday to answer to the charges laid before them.
Police also arrested and charged Wade Dorsette, a 37 year old Labourer of Hamilton, Bequia, for having in his possession controlled drugs.
The Bequia man was found with 626 grammes of cannabis and 26 grammes of cocaine with intent to supply it to another at Port Elizabeth, Bequia at about 7:30pm on January 8, 2018.
Dorsette was expected to appear before the Serious Offenses Court yesterday to answer to the charge.
