The Royal St.Vincent and the Grenadines Police (RSVGPF) is urging every citizen to be responsible and to adhere to new protocols put in place to curb the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

An official release from the police force reads:

“The RSVGPF has received information that some operators/owners of places of entertainment, including bars, nightclubs and others – have failed to insist on their patrons to comply fully with the recommended protocols; especially with respect to contact tracing and wearing of face coverings.”

The release goes on to emphasize the importance of these measures in enabling contract tracing which is a very vital tool in the country’s fight to curb the spread of COVID-19.
