The Rotary Club of St. Vincent being at the forefront of promoting Dyslexia Awareness in the country- will be hosting two Dyslexia symposiums for Primary and Secondary School Teachers here next week.
The training on Monday, May 13 will be for Primary School Teachers and on May 14 for Secondary School Teachers. The sessions will begin at 8:30 a.m. each day
The symposiums will be held at Frenches House with the training facilitator being Mrs. Sandra Cadogan from the Caribbean Dyslexia Association Centre in Barbados.
The sessions are expected to help teachers identify Dyslexia cases and assist in the implementation of measures to assist affected students.
