Carlyle Douglas, an employee at NICE Radio, is hospitalized at the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital after having been shot last night, allegedly by the same men who robbed a shop in Kingstown Park and beat the owner and another person.
Reports are that Douglas was shot in the groin area when he looked outside after hearing what sounded like gunshots in his neighbourhood sometime around 9pm yesterday.
The shopkeeper, identified as Wendy Bowman, age 54, and Andy Gill, age 25, both received injury to their head and are currently being treated at the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital.
Meanwhile, Police are investigating a shooting incident that took place in the Vermont area last night that resulted in the death of a man identified as
Lorenzo Gould.
His body was discovered early this morning.
