Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of Silbert Joseph of Carriere whose body was discovered this morning outside his house.
WEFM News was reliably informed that Joseph’s body was discovered at about 6:30 this morning, lying face down in his yard with what appeared to be gunshot wounds.
The deceased is reported to be in his late 30s.
Joseph’s death is the 6th homicide recorded here so far this year.
