Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a vehicular accident which resulted in the death of a Chester Cottage man.
On Monday October 29, 2018 about 2:30 p.m. the Police in Canouan received information that motor vehicle P1949 was discovered submerged in the Glossy Bay Marina.
About 3:21 p.m. divers removed the lifeless body of Zepherene Blair, a 23 year old Labourer of Chester Cottage.
It is alleged that the motor vehicle that was being driven by Blair at the time of the incident, went over an embankment.
Investigations are ongoing.
