Members of the public are being urged to approach the Shipping Bay area, section of the Windward Highway in South windward, with caution.
Parliamentary representative for the South Windward constituency, Minister Frederick Stephenson told WEFM today, that a section of the main highway is being threatened by the Sea.
The Minister said Sea defense work was done in the area before, but rapid erosion is now causing the road to be affected.
He assured that the authorities are monitoring the situation.
