The National Emergency Management Organization (NEMO) in collaboration with the United States Agency for International Development and Office of Foreign Disaster Assistance will be hosting a five-day Sub-Regional Emergency Operation Centre Management Training course.

The training course will run from July16 – 20th, 2018 at the Paradise Beach Hotel Conference Room at Villa.

The Emergency Operations Centre training brings together participants from the National Disaster Response mechanism, government agencies and stakeholders involved in planning, and responding to emergencies and disasters. Participants are drawn from Dominica, St. Lucia, Grenada, Antigua and Barbuda, St. Kitts and Nevis and St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

The main objective of the training course is to expose participants to the discipline of Emergency Operations Centre Management and the standard operating procedures which governs it.
