The National Emergency Management Organization will today continue with its Tsunami readiness campaign.

Today’s campaign will target co residents of Brighton and surrounding communities to a meeting at Huffles Ranch.

According to NEMO, the purpose of this community meeting is to sensitize persons to the Tsunami Ready Pilot Project which is being implemented on mainland Saint Vincent from Kingstown to Argyle (Parish of Saint George).

The Tsunami inundation map, evacuation routes and installation of tsunami signage within the area will be discussed.

This afternoon’s meeting will begin at 5.
