The Ministry of National Mobilization has announced the commencement of its registration period for the Youth Empowerment Service Programme (YESSVG).
The ministry asks applicants to note that on registration day, all candidates are to bring along with them 2 copies of their Identification Card, 1 copy of Birth Certificate or Passport, 1 copy of NIS, and a copy of qualifications.
Every year more than four hundred young persons are recruited for apprenticeship training and citizenship molding through the program. Currently, each volunteer is paid a monthly stipend of $450.00.
