Minister of Foreign Affairs, Senator Camillio Gonsalves anticipates that this country can gain significantly from the experience and talents of Morocco in the area of tourism, following the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding on the Establishment of the Political Consultation Mechanism between both countries yesterday.

Delivering remarks at the signing ceremony held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Conference Room, Senator Gonsalves described Morocco as a ‘massive tourism power’ which has brought some of its experience in Tourism to bear in the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS).

Senator Gonsalves said he is also hopeful that the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding with the North African country will also result in benefits to the local agriculture industry.
