Police have arrested and jointly charged Curtis Small, a 28-year-old Labourer and Kimmorl Harry, a 24-year-old Labourer, both of Ottley Hall for having in their possession Prohibited Wildlife.
According to investigations, on September 12, 2018 about 3:15pm at Ottley Hall, both men were met in possession of four Iguanas during the period of closed season.
The men appeared before the Kingstown Magistrate Court where they plead not guilty to the charges.
They were individually granted bail in the sum of $1,000 each, with one surety.
