Building works with respect to the Marriott Hotel at Mt. Wynne is set to commence in the fourth quarter of 2021. This was disclosed by the Minister of Urban Development Hon. Julian Francis on radio on Sunday.
“Marriott Mt. Wynne, building works to commence in the fourth quarter of 2021.
Approximately thirty workers are expected to work on the sub-project, which is cleaning and preparing.
In construction, building works to commence in the fourth quarter of 2021, these are the projections. And the civil works construction to commence by the end of the second quarter with thirty workers and the construction will have between two hundred and three hundred workers.” Francis said.
