The Health Ministry of Jamaica has reported that a second (COVID-19) patient has died.
The patient, who the Health Ministry says was recovering, died yesterday afternoon at the Hospital.
According to the ministry, the patient was found unresponsive and was noted to have had a cardiac arrest.
It further said resuscitation measures were not successful.
In the meantime, the ministry says Jamaica has recorded two more COVID-19 cases bringing the country’s total to 38.
